Hi there! I’m a passionate post-doc working on different applications for medical data analysis. My main focuses so far have been in: disease gene prioritization, Partial Correlations Networks, Thyroid cancer risk predictions, GWAS gene prediction and Diabetes patients stratification. I’m currently working on gene regulatory networks of miRNA-mRNA interactions, in the specific context of COPD.
