Research Areas: network-science; network-algorithm; disease-gene prioritization; gene-regulatory network; single-cell
I am a passionate researcher with a background in network science and its applications in solving complex biological problems. During my Ph.D., my research primarily focused on studying network algorithms and their use in prioritizing disease genes. My academic journey led me to have an international experience abroad at the Channing Division of Network Medicine, where I focused on studying gene-regulatory networks. Now, I’m a Postdoctoral researcher at Channing Division of Network Medicine, where I have shifted my research focus towards the analysis of Single-Cell data, and the development of network-based algorithms for constructing single-cell gene-regulatory network.
