Research Areas: Bioinformatics, Genetics, Microbiome

I am a postdoctoral research fellow at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, focusing on the interplay between human genetics, diet, and the microbiome. My primary interest lies in comprehending how our host genetics, dietary, and the microbiome collectively impact human health. To achieve this, I employ advanced bioinformatic tools and emerging ‘omics technologies, integrating human genomics, metagenomics, and metabolomics to decode the functional role of the microbial community in human health.
