Research Areas: complex networks; statistical physics; computational biology; systems medicine; COPD; asthma; pharmacogenomics, multi-omics, statistical genetics, causal inference
I am a computational biologist with a background in statistical physics and network science. I aim to develop network-based statistical tools and bioinformatic approaches for basic and translational research. My broad interests include integrative omics, disease subtyping, and in silico drug discovery, and my current projects harness multi-omic data to identify the key molecular markers and drivers of complex chronic diseases such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
